Who we are

Dakicksoft OÜ is a software company registered in Estonia. We are the data controller for this website.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you, directly. Specifically:

• No cookies. Neither we nor anything on this page stores an identifier in your browser.
• Aggregate visitor counts only. Cloudflare Web Analytics records that a page was viewed, along with the referring site, country, and browser type. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to any other website. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no tracking pixel here.
• No forms. There is nothing here to fill in and submit. If you email us, that email is handled by our mail provider under our normal business correspondence practices.
• Server logs. Our hosting and CDN providers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. This is our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

Third parties on this page

Three external services are involved in rendering this page. Each one sees your IP address when your browser contacts it:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) serves the typefaces used here.
• Google Maps shows our office location in the contact section. This embed is not loaded until you click it — until then, no request reaches Google Maps and no Google cookie is set. Loading it is your choice.
• Website Carbon (websitecarbon.com) renders the carbon-rating badge in the footer by looking up this site's public rating.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

We see only aggregate totals. None of these services gives us data about you as an individual.

Our products

The products linked from this page — FinLens, Recurra, Brickbeam, Rota and Kalemlik — are separate services with their own privacy policies and their own data practices. Poyra is an open-source project: the code is on GitHub and, if you self-host it, you are the data controller for whatever your own deployment processes. This policy covers dakicksoft.com only. Please read the policy on each product's own site before using it.

Client and project data

When we work with you as a client, any personal data we process on your behalf is governed by the data processing agreement in your contract, not by this website policy. We build to GDPR and KVKK requirements as a matter of engineering practice, and we can supply our sub-processor list and data-residency details on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you; object to or restrict its processing; and request data portability. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

If you have found a security issue on this site or in one of our products, our disclosure contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Because this site sets nothing in your browser, there is no consent record for us to re-request.
